For drivers:
    - pick up the van keys the morning of the hike
    - ASK for gas card when you pick up the van
    - fill out the van trip form with mileage***
    - fill up gas all the way (pay with the gas card at an Exxon/Mobil station, or with CASH and be reimbursed at any station)
