The Columbia University Hiking Club is made up of a wide range of people from the Columbia community. Membership is divided about evenly between undergraduate and graduate students, and many alumni also participate.
Dodge Fitness Center
The only requirement for membership in the Hiking Club is a current Dodge Fitness Center (DFC) membership. Undergraduates and some of the graduate schools are automatically members of DFC; students of other graduate schools and alumni must opt-in for DFC membership and pay a yearly fee.
Club membership costs $15 per semester. You can pay the membership fee at any time during the semester.
We hike during the summer as well as during the school year. If you have paid Spring Semester membership dues, you can also sign up for summer hikes. If you join us in the summer and sign up for membership then, we will count it for your Fall Semester membership.
You don't have to be a member to be on our email list.
Signing up for membership does not add you to our email list.
